Shortcuts / Detours - Feedback

Looks great. I love how you pair pieces with original works of visual art. Thank you again for this opportunity. I look forward to promoting Blue Print Review through my website and various blogs.

There's a poem of mine in there that I wrote many years ago, when I was in Hamburg, Germany. Also in the issue is work by a few people I know, in the virtual (regular blog-reading) sense - check out Molly Gaudry's poem, "Faith," and Nicole Wong's short "Pale Heart."
I also loved David Wolach's "Story of Anderson Cooper" (and not just because I have my own fascination / obsession?) with him (AC) myself.

This is a fabulous, stupendous issue!  Congrats to you for such a remarkable issue and for creating a journal that seems to keep evolving, ever surprising and inspiring!  It is such an honor to be a part of it, always, and more so all the time!
- Steve Wing

amazing.  the cover image - a mix of playful and haunting:  the image, haunting; words, playful, in delicious colours of orange and pink.  the variety of both images and writing styles throughout the issue makes reading and viewing through the contrasts so powerful.  it begs multiple reads and looks.

Cha contributors Nicole Wong and Steve Wing have creative works published in the 21st issue of Blue Print Review , titled "shortcuts / detours". Read Nicole's story " Pale Heart " and view Steve's image . Cha editors also enjoyed " The Beginning ", " The Library ", " Faith ", " The Clash of Shadows " and " Walking Home from a Friend's House ". What a wonderful issue!

I'm so loving this issue!!! It's beautiful, funny, strange, stark... love it (more soon on specifics, but gotta go plug it round town)!! Thank you, Dorothee, for the chance to be part of it.

Thanks so much for the latest issue of Blue Print Review. I'm reading the stories piecemeal and they're all great. I loved Jolie Braun's "The Library" in particular and your image for the text. The story is both heartfelt and smart, every vidid sentence of that taut, understates prose speaks volumes and on so many levels.

“Faith” and “The Clash of Shadows” are beautiful pieces and the images are stunning. The picture of the railroad makes me nostalgic for the past…

Dorothee, congratulations on the new issue of BluePrintReview. I started reading a few pieces, and it's really powerful. I could see why it would stir up so many comments and discussions. This also seems to be moving to a higher gear each and every time.
