A place to gather the best online short stories published during 2005 - that's the idea of the Million Writers Award.

In February, magazines, readers and writers submitted the link to their favourite stories and 8 preliminary judges got a first long shortlist together:

The list includes 65 e-magazines, and about 200 stories. The top ten stories will be released on April 1. Voting on the top story of the year will begin April 1 and will end on April 30.
