since it is at my desk as a poet
i always dreamed of going to mallorca
i don't know if you know much about laura riding jackson
but i have always found her fascinating--
she actually ended up renouncing poetry--
and although i had read about her and her work, i did not realize
her connection to robert graves until i visited his house in
deià on mallorca--
so many connections to this island discovered
